Duties

Conduct market research on trends, demand drivers, competition, and customer segments
Analyse and synthesise data from internal and external sources into clear insights and business implications
Support business development by evaluating opportunities, initiatives, and market entry ideas
Respond to ad hoc research requests and provide tailored analysis to regional business units
Prepare reports, presentations, and regular market updates
Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver actionable insights

Requirements

At least 3 years’ experience in research, analysis, consulting, or related roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and information synthesis skills
Proven ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
Proficiency in Excel and data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Strong communication skills in English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a cross-regional environment
