Lead and manage a regional sales team (8 in Dongguan, China | 2 in Hanoi, Vietnam)
Develop and execute company and departmental strategies, KPIs, and workflows to ensure sustainable growth
Drive revenue performance while managing financial risk across the full order cycle (quotation → shipment → payment collection)
Supervise daily customer engagement and key account management
Work cross-functionally to resolve:
Supply challenges with Planning & Purchasing
Payment collection matters with Finance
Customer complaints with Quality and Engineering
Partner with Engineering on new project bids and business development initiatives
Initially report to Marketing AGM, with progression to direct CEO reporting
Requirements
Tertiary education (Engineering preferred)
Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in manufacturing / ODM / OEM environments is advantageous
Fluent in English & Mandarin
Willing to be based in China with travel to Vietnam
