Job Responsibilities:
- Budget management: Based on the direction of the company, break down the goals into team performance indicators, daily monitor the operating data and minimize strategic risks.
- Revenue Management:Based on predictions of future industry development trends and forward-looking research, formulate route development strategies.
- Marketing:Brand positioning, marketing and sales model strategies, organize and optimize the marketing management system, and guide subordinates to achieve sales growth.
- Team management: Define the tasks and responsibilities of team members, rationally allocate positions and tasks according to the subordinates' personalities and abilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business management-related field (possession of a masters' degree is preferable).
- Experience in the beverage or FMCG industry is highly advantageous; however, not mandatory.
- Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with board members.
- Strong P&L management capabilities.
