Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • -Provide legal advice on commercial, contracts and compliance matters 
                        - Review and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the company's interests and mitigate risks.
                        - Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and government requirements.
                        -Construction & Commercial Contracts: Lead the review, negotiation, and drafting of complex construction-related contracts, specifically addressing critical issues such as delays, defects, payment terms (SOPL), and variations
                        - Collaborate with internal teams, external legal advisors, and government authorities to resolve legal issues and disputes.
                        - Conduct legal research and stay updated on legal developments and industry trends relevant to property development.
                        

                        - Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and best practices.    

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • - LLB or JD degree from a recognized university;
                                        - Qualified Lawyer (at least 12 years post qualification experience)
                                        - Solid knowledge of Hong Kong laws, regulations, and government procedures.
                                        - Strong negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills.
                                        - Proven track record in construction or property law is a strong plus
                                        - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
                                        - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
                                        - Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
