Key Responsibilities

                          • Lead the full project lifecycle by developing comprehensive project plans, including clear scope definition, detailed timelines, budget allocation, and resource planning.

                          • Collaborate closely with clients and business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document functional specifications and user requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

                          • Prepare and communicate technical feasibility assessments, resource estimates, and delivery schedules to internal development teams.

                          • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, sprint planning, progress reviews, and steering committees to drive momentum and decision-making.

                          • Coordinate cross-functional teams (including software engineers, QA engineers, and business analysts) to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient delivery.

                          • Monitor project progress against plan using appropriate KPIs, identify deviations early, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.

                          • Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary with proposed mitigation solutions.

                          • Provide clear direction and support to QA and Product teams to ensure all deliverables meet business requirements and quality standards.

Requirements

                                  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related discipline.

                                  • Minimum 7 years of solid experience in managing IT software development projects.

                                  • Proven track record of successfully delivering medium to large-scale IT projects in a fast-paced environment.

                                  • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.

                                  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

                                  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and senior business stakeholders.

                                  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other recognized project management certification is a plus.

                                  • Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and Cantonese).

                                  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence without authority.
