Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • Execute manual or automated tests for web/apps/APIs.

                          • Identify, document, and track defects.

                          • Collaborate with developers for resolution.

                          • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.

                          • Partner with teams to clarify requirements and address issues.

                          • Enhance QA processes, standards, and practices.

                          • Analyze test results and deliver actionable insights on software quality.

                          • Clear and concise testing reports.

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Diploma or above in IT or related field

                                  • 3+ years’ software testing experience

                                  • Skilled in automated testing tools and frameworks (Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, JMeter, etc.) will be preferred

                                  • Strong testing and scripting expertise

                                  • Experience with Git and Jira will be an advantage
