Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day website operations, ensuring all content, product listings, and pages are accurate and up to date
Monitor website performance, fix broken links, troubleshoot basic issues, and collaborate with developers when technical upgrades are required
Optimize website user experience and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings
Write, edit, and publish high-quality digital content including blog posts, website copy, EDMs, newsletters, and social media updates
Create, produce and manage digital assets (e.g., banners, graphics, and short-form videos) to support marketing campaigns
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints
Track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and content engagement
Provide data-driven recommendations to continuously improve content performance and website conversion rates
AI usage knowledge for creative support
Support marketing and ecommerce teams with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
2–4 years of proven experience in website management and digital content creation
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage content schedules independently
Web CMS Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Content Management Systems such as Shopify or similar platforms
Exceptional copywriting and editing skills. Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop) or video editing skills are a major plus
SEO/Analytics: Solid understanding of basic SEO principles and experience utilizing Google Analytics / Google Search Console
