Responsibilities 

• Handle full set of shipping documents including invoice, packing list, bill of lading…etc
• Closely work with customers, suppliers, freight forwarders
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve problem

Requirements

1. Form 5 / DSE or above
2. 5 years or above related work experience
3. Rich experience in handling USA / Japan / Europe shipment
4. Experience in handling orders for major customers like Walmart / Target / Five Below…etc (if USA shipment)
5. Strong command of written and spoken English
6. Good computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook

• Candidates who are immediately available or 7 days’ notice is preferred
