Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end management of CCTV and access card systems; arrange inspection, repair and maintenance office amenities

  • Safeguard personnel safety as well as premise facilities & fixed assets; lead security team to deliver high-quality, disciplined security services

  • Formulate security management frameworks, review standard operational protocols and evaluate implementation outcomes; conduct case investigation for security irregularities and crime prevention initiatives

  • Deliver regular on-the-job coaching to security subordinates to upgrade their professional awareness and practical capabilities

  • Manage unexpected emergencies, collate and vet relevant paperwork such as security service contracts, incident investigation reports

  • Draft monthly duty rosters, perform periodic site patrol & inspection, audit outsourced contractor service quality and order required security supplies & equipment

Requirements:  

• • High Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably majored in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum of 8 years’ industry background within Property & Security management field with at least 3 years in managerial position

  • With verified practical experience covering security system management and general office facility maintenance

  • Experienced in supervising security workforce, team training and daily operational management

  • Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in PC applications

  • High level of integrity and independence
