Key Responsibilities

• • • Contact potential client and sort out their requirements for marketing and leasing of the investment properties of TWGs. Verify potential clients’ background to minimize risk and loss for TWGHs;
    • Liaise with estate agents for marketing of TWGHs’ investment properties in the open market to widen the tenant base.
    • Provide leasing/clerical support to the team members to ensure smooth leasing and marketing process
    • Arrange viewing schedule with client and co-ordinate with caretakers to ensure smooth viewing arrangement, as well as follow up client’s feedback after viewing and identify potential client for the investment properties
    • Answer enquiries and attend complaints for potential and existing clients to ensure service standards and client’s satisfaction.
    • Prepare and complete tenancy agreements and relevant documents, and explain tenancy agreement details to potential and existing clients to comply with required procedures, and input system data of all necessary information of the client
    • Follow-up related services for the new clients such as dispatching invoices to client and keeping client’s record database up-to-date to ensure effective operations;
    • Proactively follow-up after lease services to tenants, such as dispatching invoices, receipts and perform credit control on late payments by generating/drafting reminders to clients and perform account checking and closing arrangement in termination of agreement according to leasing policies and procedures to ensure service effectiveness;

Required Qualifications

• • 5 pass in HKCEE/HKDSE including English
  • 1 year experience in leasing/property would be an advantage
  • good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
