1 Personal Assistant, Butler ($35K-38K)

Responsibilities:

Handle personal matters and provide secretarial support to the Chairman
Manage a team household workers -helpers,drivers
Coordinate lunch and dinner meeting for Chairman
Manage calendars, arrange daily appointments and travel arrangement
Organize events and parties
Send invitation and coordinate events
Handle daily correspondence
Need to work at house

2. Junior Personal Assistant (25K-30K)

Responsibilities:

Provide secretarial support (Business & Personal) to Management
Prepare and compile documentation in good manners, such as meeting agenda, minutes, presentation materials, sales report and other clerical supports
Organize daily schedules, business appointments and trips
To assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
At least 3 years relevant experience in Sizable company
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Flexible, self-motivated, independent
Experience in manage helpers and drivers
