Responsibilities:

Implementing operational policies & procedures, preparation works & staff arrangement for ice shows, competition, and rink rental
Preparing routine reports such as budget report, customer feedback, market research & provide recommendations
Organizing skate shop promotional activities, conducting internal auditing activities for income and inventory management control
Handling customer enquiries and complaints, and ensure the safety, cleanliness and quality of ice rink
Handling staff recruitment & supervision, conducting performance review and implementation of in-house training program, as well as preparing duty roster, job allocation and staff payroll
Managing skating school related operations and activities, such as coach and frontline staff supervision, system enhancement, handling recreational sport and core program

Requirements:

Degee holder preferably in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
Minimum 10 years’ experience of venue operation / program management in Club House or Entertainment organization, minimum 5 years in managerial position
Flexible Personality with Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
5 days work per week, willing to work on shift (9:30am – 6:00pm or 2:00pm – 10:30pm)
