* Oversee contractual compliance for agency accounts and champion rigid credit-control measures to safeguard cash flow and compress collection cycles.
* Drive the adoption and commercial roll-out of automated ad-buying capabilities and screen-based media innovations.
* Analyze competitive movements and shifting audience behaviors to keep the business agile and ahead of market trends.
Candidate Profile:
* 10-15+ years of media sales leadership managing large teams and delivering on aggressive revenue targets.
* Expertise in media sales (publication, broadcasting, digital ad, OOH, etc) with strong negotiation skills and agency/client networks.
* Sharp financial and digital acumen across revenue forecasting, collections, and programmatic ecosystems.
