Responsibilities:
Analyze end-to-end logistics processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency, control, and reduce overall logistics costs.
Adapt leadership and management approaches to diverse cultural, regulatory, and operational environments across global teams to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
Negotiate, select, and manage carriers and global freight forwarders to achieve optimal service levels, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance requirements.
Develop and optimize logistics network strategies, driving innovation and continuous improvement to support business growth, efficiency, and supply chain resilience.
Utilize digital tools, data analytics, and system integration to improve visibility, automate processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency across teams.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years logistics experience, knowledge of China customs handbook management and trade compliance operations
Proven team management skills including supervision, staff development, cross-functional coordination and improving operational efficiency performance
Manage cross-border logistics, customs clearance and trade compliance across China, United States, and Mexico operations
Proficient in SAP or equivalent ERP systems, with data analysis and logistics software capabilities tools
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with ability to collaborate across cultures, manage stakeholders effectively
Fluent in English for communication, with Mandarin proficiency supporting coordination with China teams effectively stakeholders
