• Lead the development and implementation of an AI-based optimisation system, including:

• Data pipelines

• Data analytics and visualisation

• Web/mobile applications and dashboards

• Perform system analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance across the full SDLC

• Manage system integration with building systems and ensure high data quality and consistency

• Design and maintain ETL processes and data pipeline architecture

• Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to define requirements and deliver solutions

• Monitor system performance and develop tools to ensure application stability

• Support deployment to new sites and ensure smooth system operations

• Participate in security risk assessments and compliance activities

• Guide and support junior team members where required

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in application development or related, with project management or technical consultancy and supervising a team of two (2) members or more

• Experience in project delivery, system design, or technical consulting

• Solid understanding of:

• Data handling, data architecture, and data management

• Data analytics / Business Intelligence tools

• Solid experience in using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.);

• Proficiency in programming languages in Python and JavaScript

• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, or similar
