Revenue Management: Formulate route development strategies based on industry trend predictions and proactive market research.
Marketing: Manage brand positioning and sales model strategies; organize the marketing system to guide subordinates toward revenue targets.
Team Management: Define duties and allocate tasks based on team members' capabilities and behavioral traits to ensure optimal role fit.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field.
8+ years of experience in the beverage industry is highly preferable.
Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with CEO and board members.
Strong P&L management capabilities
