Core Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership: Command and upscale a high-performing business-to-business (B2B) sales team, cultivating a culture of high achievement and targeted sector growth.
Performance Architecture: Design strategic sales methodologies, allocating precise budgets and performance benchmarks (KPIs) to ensure the team consistently meets and surpasses revenue goals.
End-to-End Deal Mastery: Oversee the entire enterprise sales lifecycle—from sophisticated lead acquisition and qualification to mobilizing technical cross-functional units, steering RFPs/POCs, contract negotiations, and final closures.
Portfolio Positioning: Expertly align a comprehensive suite of advanced network assets—including dedicated business connectivity, localized metropolitan networks, secure data center ecosystems, managed SD-WAN architectures, and dedicated internet access (DIA)—against client requirements to outpace market competitors.
Strategic Client Advisory: Interface directly with high-level technology executives and business stakeholders (C-suite) to co-create digital roadmaps that directly accelerate their organizational agility and scale.
Pipeline & Forecast Governance: Actively evaluate sales pipeline velocity, ensuring continuous deal progression while delivering precise financial forecasts and revenue tracking to executive management.
Delivery Alignment: Work hand-in-hand with engineering, pre-sales, and project delivery groups to guarantee flawless implementation and long-term client retention.

The Ideal Profile

Academic Credentials: Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven Leadership: Bring 9 to 10 years of progressive enterprise telecom or ICT sales experience, featuring a verified track record of managing structured sales teams and defending high-value key accounts.
Technical Acumen: Demonstrable familiarity with business connectivity, dedicated internet services, enterprise Wi-Fi systems, and managed hosting/data center frameworks is highly advantageous.
Operational Attributes: A proactive self-starter who excels in target-driven, high-pressure corporate environments, supported by superior analytical and problem-solving talents.
Influence & Communication: An exceptional communicator with master-level negotiation skills and the strategic vision necessary to steer complex corporate accounts.
