Responsibilities:

                              ·        Perform due diligence checking on account document. Act as the first point of contact for account opening and static data maintenance in system and ensure the process fulfil requirement.

                              ·        Support FO, Compliance and Operations in completing client lifecycle relevant settings in system, provide support to specific and designated project.

                              ·        Perform scanning, imaging and indexing of Account Opening documentation, well manage its record movement and physical safekeeping of files (electronically and in paper format).

                              ·        Prepare and send correspondence to clients.

                              ·        Assist to handle the day to day trade support functions ( trade booking , confirmation , reconciliation , client services ) for products such as Equities, Bonds, Fixed Income, Repo, Structured Notes, Swaps etc. when required.

                              ·        Participate in project and UAT.

                              ·        Other tasks as and when assigned by supervisor and/or Department Head.

                              ·        Attend and take all relevant compliance and risk training; fulfil all compliance responsibilities as required for the job; participate in raising risk awareness in the department; comply with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines; responsible to the reporting and following up on all incidents, and implementing corrective actions related to your department; monitor team members complying with regulatory and contractual requirements and internal guidelines; and responsible for ensuring job description are written, distributed and updated for your team members.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • ·        Bachelor degree in business related discipline 

                                    ·        Minimum 2-3 years hands-on experience in financial industry, experience with client account opening / static data / KYC / client on-boarding would be an advantage

                                    ·        Basic skills in dealing with client in account opening issue independently

                                     

                                  • Candidates with higher experience will be considered as a supervisory role.
