Job responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end management of CCTV and access card systems; arrange inspection, repair and maintenance office amenities
- Safeguard personnel safety as well as premise facilities & fixed assets; lead security team to deliver high-quality, disciplined security services
- Formulate security management frameworks, review standard operational protocols and evaluate implementation outcomes; conduct case investigation for security irregularities and crime prevention initiatives
- Deliver regular on-the-job coaching to security subordinates to upgrade their professional awareness and practical capabilities
- Manage unexpected emergencies, collate and vet relevant paperwork such as security service contracts, incident investigation reports
- Draft monthly duty rosters, perform periodic site patrol & inspection, audit outsourced contractor service quality and order required security supplies & equipment
Job requirements:
- High Diploma / Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably majored in Property / Facility Management or related disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years’ industry background within Property & Security management field with at least 3 years in managerial position
- With verified practical experience covering security system management and general office facility maintenance
- Experienced in supervising security workforce, team training and daily operational management
- Holder of valid Security Personnel Permit and First Aid Certificate
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficiency in PC applications
- High level of integrity and independence
