Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile applications

                            • Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across multiple platforms

                            • Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools

                            • Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure high product quality

                            • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies

                            • Participate in requirement reviews and provide quality feedback early in the development cycle

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Associate Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines

                                    • At least 2 years of relevant QA experience in software/web/mobile applications

                                    • Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices

                                    • Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail)

                                    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environment

                                    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

                                    • Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin (spoken and written)

                                    Nice to Have:

                                    • Experience with automation testing tools or frameworks (e.g. Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright)

                                    • Knowledge of API testing or performance testing

                                    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
