Key Responsibilities

• • • • • • • • • • • • • Gather, analyse and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders

                        • Act as the key liaison between business units, Product Managers, and technical development teams

                        • Manage product backlog, prioritise user stories, and facilitate sprint planning in Agile Scrum framework

                        • Perform requirements validation, support QA processes, and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

                        • Work closely with development teams to ensure delivered solutions meet business objectives

                        • Identify process improvements and contribute to project delivery excellence

Requirements

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related discipline

                                • Minimum 2 years of relevant Business Analyst experience

                                • Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

                                • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.

                                • Hands-on experience with requirements management tools such as Jira and Confluence.

                                • Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin (both spoken and written).

                                • Immediate availability is highly preferred
