Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Operations & Maintenance: Oversee daily facility operations to guarantee seamless service continuity, efficient energy use, and full compliance with service level agreements.

                              • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain strong partnerships with external contractors, engineers, and suppliers for specialized repairs and property upgrades.

                              • System Oversight: Supervise the scheduling, execution, and quality control of all preventative, corrective, and routine maintenance for mechanical, electrical, and critical building systems.

                              • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and develop the on-site technical and facilities team, managing everything from recruitment to ongoing skills training.

                              • Emergency Response: Act as the primary point of escalation for urgent facility issues, troubleshooting system failures and addressing tenant or customer concerns swiftly.

                              • Safety & Compliance: Enforce a strict culture of workplace safety. Conduct regular site inspections, manage risk assessments (including permits to work and safe work methods), and ensure prompt reporting of any hazards or incidents.

                                        • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Building Services, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.

                                        • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in building operations and engineering, with a proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary teams.

                                        • Technical Skills: Exceptional project management, analytical troubleshooting, and organizational capabilities.

                                        • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with professional fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).

                                        • Credentials: Active membership in a relevant professional engineering or facilities body. Holding a Registered Grade B0 Electrical Worker license is highly advantageous.

                                        • Availability: Candidates who are immediately available will be prioritized.
