Responsibilities

• Follow up on sample development projects with factories and suppliers

• Coordinate fabrics, trims, artwork, and technical requirements
  

• Track sample timelines and update customers on progress
  

• Assist in BOM preparation, product records, and sample management
  

• Prepare product presentation, catalogues, and Shopify product information
  

• Support product photoshoots and sample organisation

• Communicate directly with overseas customers and assist in customer meetings

• Participate in sourcing exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits when required

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-3 years of experience in garment merchandising, product development, sourcing, or the apparel industry

• Experience in sportswear or activewear is an advantage
  

• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
  

• Able to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively in English
  

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  

• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sportswear are welcome to apply
