Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • - In charge of the daily operation of the property services for company’s commercial portfolio and to provide a full range of services at the highest standard
                                  - Assist the management to establish and execute the Company’s policy / strategy
                                  - Implement business development programs related to property management
                                  - Review the procedures and guidelines to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
                                  - Monitor the progress/ quality of works performed by both contractors and in-house staff 

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • -15+ years of relevant experience 
                                        - Tertiary educated in related disciplines 
                                        - Proven track record of managing shopping malls and Grade A commercial properties 
                                        - Experience with pre-opening projects preferred 
                                        - Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
