Responsibilities:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Quality Management Systems: Establish, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Management Plans (QMP) in alignment with ISO 9001 standards and company frameworks.
                                  • Site Inspection & Audit: Overhaul and manage site QA/QC inspection regimes. Conduct regular internal quality audits on site workmanship, materials, and testing procedures to proactively identify and rectify non-conformances.
                                  • Material Compliance: Oversee the submission, testing, and approval process for all construction materials, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and structural/architectural standards.
                                  • Stakeholder & Government Liaison: Coordinate closely with client representatives, architectural/engineering consultants, and government inspectors to facilitate smooth site inspections, testing, and final handovers.
                                  • Subcontractor Management: Monitor and evaluate the quality performance of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring they meet the project's stringent quality deliverables.
                                  • Continuous Improvement: Standardize defect-rectification protocols, analyze quality metrics, and conduct lessons-learned sessions to elevate overall construction standards across the team.

                                        • Education: Degree in Building Studies, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
                                        • Professional Certification: Certified ISO 9001 Internal/Lead Auditor is highly preferred. Corporate membership of HKIE, CIOB, or equivalent professional bodies is a distinct advantage.
                                        • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of solid QA/QC experience in the construction industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory capacity working with a Main Contractor.
                                        • Preferred Advantages:
                                          • Proven experience navigating Government / Public Sector building contracts (highly preferred).
                                          • Familiarity with Architectural Services Department (ArchSD) general specifications, testing protocols, and handover standards.
                                          • Solid understanding of local building regulations, BD inspection requirements, and statutory compliance metrics.
                                        • Skills: Exceptional analytical abilities, high attention to detail, and assertive communication skills to enforce quality standards on-site.
                                        • Language: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
