Responsibilities

• Shipping / Delivery arrangement

• Prepare full set shipping documents

• Co-ordinate with freight forwarders for shipping arrangement

• Monitor shipment status and order follow up

• Maintain shipping record and database

• Handle full set shipping (I/E) document independently, L/C and Tradelink declaration

• Prepare and submit L/C, verifying L/C from customers

• Other ad-hoc tasks designated by supervisor

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in Sweater

• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua

• High sense of responsibility, well-organized, good communication skills, and self-motivated

• IMMEDIATE available is highly preferred
