Core Job Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver committed sales KPIs, profit targets and long-term strategic plans within the responsible Southeast Asia (SEA) markets and key accounts, and steer overall business performance to meet set goals.
  2. Explore untapped business potentials and new partnership chances, meanwhile nurture and deepen sustainable long-term cooperation with existing clients and regional distributors.
  3. Take charge of negotiating distribution contracts and overseeing subsequent contract administration, working closely with headquarters to ensure all arrangements align with global directions.
  4. Formulate and roll out market-focused plans and commercial activities
  5. Develop customised sales campaigns and promotional schemes that match market demands and partner requirements.
  6. Coordinate and manage the full workflow of product registration, order processing and delivery arrangements, optimizing operational efficiency and shortening lead times.
  7. Conduct regular market visits and consistent communication with distributors, offer guidance, coaching and skill training to their teams, to guarantee smooth implementation of company sales strategies on the ground.
  8. Communicate aligned pricing frameworks, performance benchmarks and clear sales objectives to distribution partners in line with official guidelines issued by headquarters.
  9. Monitor daily operations to ensure consistent adherence to global brand standards, protecting unified brand image and brand reputation across all sales channels.
  10. Prepare precise sales projections, carry out regular performance reviews including monthly reports, sell-through assessment and post-campaign analysis to track business progress systematically.
  11. Collect on-the-ground market updates, competitor movements and consumer feedback proactively, consolidate actionable market insights and share relevant findings to support internal strategic decision making.
  12. Act as the brand representative at regional trade fairs, industry summits and relevant commercial events, lift brand exposure and facilitate new business development in SEA markets.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor’s degree with no less than 5 years’ solid experience in international sales or distributor relationship management. Prior working exposure within cosmetics / fashion or travel retail / duty free channels will be highly advantageous
  2. Demonstrated competence in market research, sales analysis, strategic planning
  3. Confident presentation skills to deliver clear data and proposals to senior management, local distributors as well as frontline retail sales teams
  4. Good command of common office tools to organize raw data and compile insightful reports
  5. Practical understanding of the challenges within duty free and travel retail sectors
  6. Customer-centric thinking, detail minded, proactive execution, self-motivation for continuous improvement, strategic awareness, creative problem-solving ability
  7. International travel is necessary
