Job Duties:
- Customer Inquiry Handling: Responsible for handling insurance-related inquiries primarily from clients within the Group. Analyze customer needs and provide professional advice, ensuring effective follow-up on customer questions.
- Insurance Quotation Coordination: Maintain close contact with insurance companies, collect and compare different insurance plans, and prepare accurate insurance quotes for clients, ensuring quotes are accurate and issued promptly.
- Claims Coordination and Follow-up: Coordinate claims-related matters with clients and insurance companies, assist clients in preparing claim documents, follow up on case processing progress, and ensure a smooth claims process.
- Policy Document Issuance: Oversee the issuance process of policies, debit slips, and related documents, verify document accuracy, and ensure timely and accurate document exchange.
- Premium Follow-up and Other Duties: Follow up on premium payments to ensure timely receipt of funds; perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder
- 7 years or above solid experience in General Insurance, preferable in broker field
- Passed in IIQE paper I & II is a MUST
- Good knowledge on general insurance products, particularly construction related insurance policies
- Solid experience in Contractors' All Risks Insurance (CAR), Third-Party Liability Insurance (TPL), Employees' Compensation Insurance (ECI), etc
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
