Responsibilities:

Implement divisional sales strategies and achieve sales targets for compressor equipment within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers across target industries.
Provide accurate and timely sales and market updates to the Sales Manager.
Deliver technical training and support to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth.
Collaborate with aftermarket teams to ensure high-quality after-sales service.
Work closely with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Coordinate with marketing for campaign and promotional support.
Manage accounts receivable in line with company credit policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in machinery or equipment sales.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
Fluency in Cantonese is a must, and good command of English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel.
