Relationship Management: Strengthen client relationships by providing timely market insights and investment updates.
Client Retention: Deliver high-quality after-sales service to ensure maximum client satisfaction and retention.
Business Development: Support marketing initiatives and customer acquisition activities to expand the bank's portfolio.
Strategic Planning: Plan and execute monthly business strategies to achieve individual sales and acquisition targets.
Lead Generation: Proactively identify prospects, deliver professional presentations, and generate client referrals.
Compliance & Risk: Maintain full compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies and all relevant regulatory requirements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the China Desk, Treasury, Investment, and Insurance teams to deliver integrated, holistic financial solutions.
Ethics: Adhere strictly to the Bank’s ethical standards and corporate compliance policies.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in wealth management or retail banking.
Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of core wealth management and banking concepts, principles, processes, and procedures.
Licensing: Holder of IIQE Papers 1, 2, and 3, and HKSI Papers 1, 7, and 8 (or a strong willingness to obtain them).
Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales goals and effectively managing high-net-worth client portfolios.
Market Exposure: Prior experience or exposure to managing clients within the PRC (Mainland China) and Hong Kong markets.
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Languages: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English is required.
