Responsibilities

• Design and development of seasonal sweater collections for customers, ensuring that all products align with customer needs, brand direction and market trends

• Co-ordinate and partner with merchandising teams, factories, supploers and digital or marketing teams to deliver high quality design work

• Support the business development to create or modify the 2D design concepts from clients to 3D garments independently

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 5 years of related sweater design experience apparel related industry

• Experience with US or European apparel market

• Strong knowledge of sweater construction, yarn behavior, knitting techniques, and CLO / Shimaseki / Apex 3D software

• Some knowledge in the field of computer pattern making and grading system, such as (Optitex CLO3D, Browzwear, Gerber, Lectra) is an advantage

• Proficiency in MS Office, PPT, Photoshop, lllustrator, InDesign and AI tools

• Good command of written and spoken English; proficiency in Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred
