Plan and contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing and distribution strategies for the region
Provide sales and after-sales service, follow-up on customer enquiries and complaints, order status and amendments, shipment and sample arrangement, etc
Coordinate with internal departments for SAP code application, artwork approval, production planning and shipment scheduling to ensure timely delivery of goods
Follow up on sales and inventory forecast, credit control and internal approval procedure, etc
Plan, monitor and manage A&P spending, allocation and claims by regular reports
Maintain customer records and prepare regular sales and shipment reports and analysis
Provide administrative support to the team, and take up ad hoc projects/events/assignments as assigned by superior
Degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science or related discipline
4 years’ relevant experience in FMCG/manufacturing industries, with exposure in export trading
Customer-oriented, well-organized and ability to work under pressure
Team-player, proactive, with good interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent command of English and Chinese (both Mandarin and Cantonese)
Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, and presentation skills
Proactive, analytical, flexible and result oriented with strong commitment to achieve
