We are seeking a motivated and analytical candidate to join our team as a CX Transformation & Insights Specialist. You will support customer engagement initiatives, enhance journeys through continuous improvement, and leverage data insights to drive outcomes. The role also contributes to digital transformation by identifying opportunities for process optimization and workflow automation, offering strong exposure to CX, analytics, and cross‑functional delivery.
About Your Role:
Support the development and execution of customer engagement strategies to enhance overall customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the continuous improvement of customer journeys across touchpoints
Collect, analyze, and interpret customer engagement metrics, sentiment, and behavioral data to identify insights, trends, and improvement opportunities.
Monitor performance of engagement initiatives and provide regular reporting and recommendations to stakeholders
Assist in ad-hoc projects and new initiatives
Does it sound like you?
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline
Preferable 2 years’ experience in data analysis, customer engagement, CRM, project management or related fields
Knowledge of Python, RPA, Power BI, SQL or other digital tools is an advantage
Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Good teamwork and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Chinese
Fresh graduates or candidates with less experience will be considered as a Trainee role
