We are seeking a motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and implementing effective digital sales strategies. The Account Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.
About Your Role:
Manage and grow a portfolio of SME clients, ensuring strong relationships and customer satisfaction
Identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions in digital services, IT, and workplace technology to meet client needs
Achieve sales targets through proactive engagement and strategic account planning
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and support for clients
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge

Diploma or above in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
1years of experience in account management or B2B sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
Fresh graduate will be also considered
