About Your Role:

  • Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance, act as primary technical liaison for stakeholders

  • Oversee pre/post-sales team on customer success management

  • Conduct audits, maintain technical documentation, and coordinate cross-functional teams for project delivery

Does it sound like you?

  • Minimum 5 years of IT experience as a System Analyst

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related IT field

  • 3+ years in website design / system development

  • 1+ year experiences of government websites, compliant with WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA

  • Preferably experience on AI Generative / Agentic
