About Your Role:
Drive and develop CS business portfolio, including:
Communication solutions
Video conferencing solutions
Meeting room & collaboration solutions
Smart office solutions
Define and provide product strategy, direction, and positioning for the company and sales teams
Identify, source, and launch marketable and sustainable products/solutions to support business growth
Work closely with sales teams to:
Strengthen their solution selling capabilities
Provide training, pitching materials, and product knowledge
Lead go-to-market initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and new business development programs
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive solution innovation and differentiation
Monitor business performance and take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets
Does it sound like you?
Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years of experience in:
Product marketing / product management, or
Business development, or
Pre-sales or solution consulting
Experience in communication service or collaboration solutions
Experience in managing vendor partnerships and product lifecycle
Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling model and go-to-market approach
Proven ability to:
Translate market needs into business opportunities
Drive product launches and sales adoption
Work with cross-functional teams
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Established industry network or vendor connections is an advantage
