About Your Role:

                    • Drive and develop CS business portfolio, including:

                      • Communication solutions

                      • Video conferencing solutions

                      • Meeting room & collaboration solutions

                      • Smart office solutions

                    • Define and provide product strategy, direction, and positioning for the company and sales teams

                    • Identify, source, and launch marketable and sustainable products/solutions to support business growth

                    • Work closely with sales teams to:

                      • Strengthen their solution selling capabilities

                      • Provide training, pitching materials, and product knowledge

                    • Lead go-to-market initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and new business development programs

                    • Collaborate with internal teams and partners to drive solution innovation and differentiation

                    • Monitor business performance and take ownership of achieving assigned sales targets

Does it sound like you?

                      • Degree holder in Business, Marketing, IT, or related disciplines

                      • Minimum 3 years of experience in:

                        • Product marketing / product management, or

                        • Business development, or

                        • Pre-sales or solution consulting

                      • Experience in communication service or collaboration solutions

                      • Experience in managing vendor partnerships and product lifecycle

                      • Strong understanding of enterprise solution selling model and go-to-market approach

                      • Proven ability to:

                        • Translate market needs into business opportunities

                        • Drive product launches and sales adoption

                        • Work with cross-functional teams

                      • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills

                      • Established industry network or vendor connections is an advantage
