1. Responsible for daily luxury sales at the store; proactively receive in-store customers, explore needs through professional product introduction and service, secure transactions, and achieve individual and team sales targets.

2. Maintain and expand customer resources, establish complete customer profiles, conduct regular follow-ups and relationship management to improve loyalty and repurchase rate.

3. Gain in-depth knowledge of brand culture, product features, craftsmanship and market trends of the luxury goods sold, and provide professional styling advice and purchasing guidance.

4. Assist in daily store operations including merchandise display, inventory counting and promotion execution to ensure a tidy store environment and orderly product arrangement.

5. Provide timely feedback on customer needs, market information and competitor dynamics to support product selection and marketing strategy development.

Job Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above, major not restricted; overseas study experience or luxury-related background preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of luxury sales experience, familiar with luxury sales processes and service standards; experience with renowned luxury brands preferred.

3. Appearance: Presentable, well-groomed, with good aesthetic sense.

4. Skills: Excellent communication, customer service and sales skills; able to accurately understand customer psychology; fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and English for communication with international clients.

5. Attributes: Proactive, responsible and team-oriented; able to work under pressure and adapt to store shift work.
