Handle onboarding and offboarding for outsourced employees, ensure standardized processes and complete documentation;
manage attendance records and assist with payroll calculation and disbursement;
apply for and renew work permits and visas to ensure compliance;
coordinate tax, insurance and other related matters to safeguard employees' rights and interests;
complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
