About The Role
As Head of Sales, you will lead and develop our sales team while driving revenue growth across our print and digital platforms. You will create and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage the P&L, and leverage innovative technologies including AI to optimize sales operations. This role requires a proven leader with deep connections in the luxury and fashion industry who can elevate our brand partnerships and drive business transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategy across all channels to meet and exceed revenue targets
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team
Own the sales P&L and forecast revenue with proven accuracy
Leverage data analytics and AI tools to optimize sales processes and identify growth opportunities
Maintain and expand high-level relationships with luxury brands, fashion houses, and agency partners
Drive innovation in sales approaches, including digital solutions and emerging technologies
Collaborate with editorial and creative teams to develop premium branded content solutions
Structure strategic partnerships and identify new revenue streams
Regular reporting to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitive landscape
Essential Experience
10+ years' experience in luxury media sales with proven track record of exceeding targets
Extensive network of senior-level contacts within luxury fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media sales
Experience managing and developing sales teams
Proven P&L management experience
Track record of implementing innovative sales solutions and digital transformation
Experience with CRM systems, sales analytics, and emerging sales technologies
Deep understanding of the luxury market in Asia
