Responsibilities

• Responsible for the in-house knitwear design and development process, including knit-downs, sampling, and sketching

• Develop garment designs using 3D fashion software

• Create trend boards based on customer and market needs, and collaborate with teams to prepare presentation decks, garment sketches, and CADs

• Support product development from concept to sample approval, ensuring design intent and quality standards are maintained

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 1-2 years relevant work experience in solid sweater field, fresh graduate will also be considered

• Knowledge or hands-on experience in sweater design, technical sketching using design software, and knitting constructions

• Creative, detail-oriented, and sensitive to design aesthetics and workmanship

• Good communication skills, team-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure

• Proficient in CLO 3D; experience with Shima Seiki APEX software is a strong advantage
