Key Responsibilities:
Manage allocation of consultants across clients' projects to ensure optimal utilization and alignment with client needs.
Work closely with our sales teams to ensure engagement success
Partnering daily with onsite consultant resources to ensure engagement success, driving consultant engagement and improving retention rates
Engage directly with end clients to support managed services engagements from engagement go-live to close-out
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders demonstrating diplomacy and assertiveness
Track and report utilization metrics, pipeline status, and resourcing gaps to clients.
Resolve conflicts in resource allocation and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication on staffing decisions.
Navigate SOW/contractual obligations and managed services
Analyze information and produce concise MI reports for internal and external stakeholders
Essential Requirements:
Experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project coordination.
Strong organizational and analytical skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to build relationships under challenging circumstances
Adaptability and solution orientated mindset
Excellent written communication skills, evidenced by client-facing documentation
Experience in managing project budget reports and financials
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Desirable Skills:
3-5 years of experience in Project Management/ PMO/ Business Analysis/ Customer Success/ Account Management/ Recruitment/ Human resources
Basic understanding of IT projects and project management
Background in a supplier or end-client PMO as a coordinator/analyst
Experience managing resource performance and feedback
