Position Objective
This role is the Group talent specialist within the Leadership & Talent function. The incumbent is a trusted business partner and strategic advisor who designs, drives, and governs enterprise talent management initiatives aligned to strategy and executed to a high standard. The role leads the annual end-to-end Organization & People Review cycle and partners closely with the Group Leadership & Talent team and Analytics teams to facilitate robust talent dialogues with senior executives at Group Office.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end Organization & People Review cycle for Group Office, including communications, administration, preparation, and executive-ready talent council materials.
Drive Group-wide Talent Management initiatives and partner with business units to support and elevate the talent agenda across geographies.
Champion adoption of leadership culture and leadership essentials to reinforce the organization's desired leadership behaviors.
Own the Group new-joiner experience program (e.g., learning integration / onboarding experience), ensuring a seamless experience for new joiners.
Build and facilitate a community of talent specialists across business units (e.g., quarterly forums) to share practice, align standards, and accelerate adoption.
Lead best-practice deployment, including lead/lag KPIs and technology enhancements that enable integrated talent management at scale.
Lead and deliver the 'Talent Ecosystem of the Future' initiative for Wave 1 and Wave 2 markets, ensuring clear governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

Financial
Deliver projects within approved budget and manage vendor costs effectively.
Non-Financial
Timely and high-quality implementation with improved stakeholder/user experience.
Achievement against agreed Group Leadership & Talent KPIs (adoption, quality of dialogue, governance, and outcomes).
Minimum Requirements
Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field. Coach certification is an advantage.
15 - 20 years of experience across business and people/talent functions in a multi-national environment, with leadership exposure in regional or global COE roles (Leadership Development / Talent Management).
Strong capability to translate business needs into talent strategy and scalable enterprise programs.
Proven experience designing and facilitating talent initiatives (succession, HiPo, leadership development, organisation capability).
Experience driving organizational change and shaping culture.
Strong understanding of leadership and organization development: models, metrics, and trends.
Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and ability to influence senior leaders.
Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end Group-wide projects (timelines, deliverables, change management) and manage stakeholder expectations.
Excellent English. Cantonese and/or Putonghua is an advantage.
