• Lead training experiences: Deliver dynamic online and offline sessions, facilitate interactive workshops, and strengthen connections within the Educator Community.

• Design and evaluate programmes: Plan, organise, and assess AI Literacy Programme activities, including material preparation, logistics coordination, and effectiveness reviews.

• Develop learning content: Support the creation and regular refresh of AI literacy modules, ensuring alignment with global and local competency frameworks.

• Analyse and report insights: Collect and interpret feedback through focus groups and surveys, use Excel or data tools to generate reports, and share actionable findings.

• Empower educator community: Facilitate peer-sharing sessions, observation activities, and collaborative learning opportunities.

• Support programme rollout: Assist in implementing training-related initiatives and contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, AI, Training, or related fields preferred.

• Minimum 3 years in training, teaching, or programme delivery; e-learning content creation (videos, editing) is a plus.

• Familiarity with AI literacy frameworks and EdTech practices is highly valued.

• Proficiency in Excel or basic analysis tools for compiling and presenting training data.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, collaborative, with strong communication skills.

• Strong command of spoken and written Chinese and English.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Training Officer.
