• To deploy, configure and maintain AI-powered network management and analytics tools;

• To operate and maintain the network systems and services;

• To diagnose, analyze, and resolve network problems and security vulnerabilities;

• To research and evaluate the latest products, tools, and practices to recommend cost-effective solutions;

• To prepare guidelines and procedures for the operation and maintenance tasks;

• To provide technical consultation services;

• To develop network-related programs to streamline the operation and maintenance process;

• To manage the Contractors and liaise with different parties to achieve the goals of network projects;

• To assist in the procurement processes of IT products and services

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects

• At least 5 years' experience in IT industry

• At least 5 years' experience in CISCO IOS Software & CISCO Products

• At least 4 years' experience in Proxy Server

• At least 3 years' experience in Authentication Server

• At least 3 years' experience in network infrastructure/system support, operate and maintain, preferably with solid experience in enterprise network project design, implementation and manage, also the management of Contractor/Vendor
