Monitor network infrastructure, provide first/second-tier response, manage tickets, and ensure timely communication and closure.
Conduct periodic inspections, document findings, and implement preventive maintenance.
Monitor, assess, and remediate vulnerabilities with real-time reporting.
Execute network deployments, manage documentation, and support cross-functional initiatives.
F.5 or above
At least 3-4 years' experience in network implementation and operational support
Strong hands-on expertise in deploying and troubleshooting large-scale network infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar platforms
Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
