Responsibilities
Marketing Execution Support: Support the Global Marketing Manager in implementing diverse marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and overall marketing strategy
Project Management: Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing projects, managing timelines and communications to ensure efficient execution and on-time completion
Trade Show Coordination: Execute end-to-end trade show activities, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to execute arrangements and ensure event delivery
Marketing Materials Development: Create and produce compelling marketing materials including collections, catalogs, sample cards, trend books, presentations, social media graphics, and other digital and print assets, ensuring all outputs maintain brand consistency while supporting rapid turnaround when needed.Identify key business drivers and translate complex data into clear recommendations
Agency and Vendor Coordination: Maintain productive relationships with external agencies and production vendors, providing clear briefs, feedback, and quality control to ensure deliverables meet objectives and deadlines
Website Maintenance: Collaborate with external agency to maintain and update the company website, ensuring content remains current and accurate
Global Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional teams to support marketing project execution
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or aobve
Minimum 5 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in executing integrated marketing projects, including hands-on design. Experience in the fashion industry is preferred. Proven track record of creating effective marketing designs and visual content across print and digital channels
Strong design proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools (Figma, Canva, etc.)
Demonstrated ability to create compelling visual content across print and digital channels while maintaining brand consistency
Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual composition
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with proven experience handling multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with AI tools, and social media platforms
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and cultures in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
