Responsibilities:

                              • 负责日常会计运作，处理证券及期货交易的账务；

                              Manage daily accounting operations for securities and futures trading activities;

                              • 进行账目对账，包括银行户口、客户分类账、CCASS（结算所）户口及经纪对账单等；

                              Reconcile bank accounts, client ledgers, CCASS clearing accounts and broker statements, etc;

                              • 编制每日FRR速动资金计算表及每月财务申报表；持续监控速动资金水平，确保符合相关法定守则要求；

                              Prepare daily FRR liquid capital calculations and monthly financial returns; Monitor liquid capital levels continuously to prevent any regulatory breaches;

                              • 处理其他工作及年度审计工作。

                              Handle ad-hoc requests and annual audit.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 持有会计、金融或其他相关大学学位；

                                    Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines;

                                    • 具备对证券/期货业务了解；熟悉证券经纪的后台结算及会计系统；

                                    Broad knowledge of brokerage / futures experience; Proficiency in brokerage back-office settlement and accounting systems;

                                    • 最少3年于证监会持牌法团从事会计工作的经验；

                                    Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in SFC-licensed corporation;

                                    • 熟悉香港证监会《财政资源规则》的报送要求优先考虑；

                                    Familiar with HKSFC Financial Resources Rules reporting requirements is a plus;

                                    • 能马上入职者优先考虑。

                                    Immediately available is preferred.

                                    • 具备团队合作精神、良好的沟通、分析及解难能力；

                                    Good team player with good communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills;

                                    • 优秀的逻辑思维和分析能力；

                                    Strong logical and analytical mind;

                                    • 精通Excel和Word各项功能；

                                    Proficient in various functions of Excel and Word;

                                    • 流利的普通话口语和书面中文及英文。

                                    Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese and English.
