Responsibilities:

                              • 负责月结及其他相关对账工作；

                              Responsible for month-end closing procedures and other necessary reconciliation works;

                              • 负责就各类业务交易的会计处理提供建议；

                              Responsible for providing advices on the accounting treatment of different types of business transactions;

                              • 参与新产品开发流程及系统实施；

                              Participating in new product process flow and system implementation;

                              • 协调年度独立审计工作，与外部审计师和税务顾问紧密沟通和合作；

                              Coordinate the annual independent audit, communicate and work closely with external auditors and tax advisors;

                              • 处理其他专项项目或工作。

                              Handle ad-hoc projects or requests.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • 持有专业会计师资格（如ACCA, CPA) 和会计、财务或其他相关大学学位；

                                      Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines and with professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, CPA);

                                      • 至少五年于四大会计师事务所或金融机构工作经验；

                                      At least 5 years of working experience gained from Big 4 CPAs or financial institutions;

                                      • 具备对投资银行/证券/期货业务了解；

                                      Broad knowledge of investment banking/ brokerage / futures experience;

                                      • 熟悉香港证监会《财政资源规则》的报送要求优先考虑；

                                      Familiar with HKSFC Financial Resources Rules reporting requirements is a plus;

                                      • 能马上入职者优先考虑。

                                      Immediately available is preferred.

                                      Strong logical and analytical mind;

                                      ·        精通Excel和Word各项功能；

                                      ·        流利的普通话口语和书面中文及英文。

                                      Fluent in spoken Putonghua and written Chinese and English.
