Responsibilities:

                              • Work with Information Technology  to ensure smooth process in implementing new / enhanced processes and systems;

                              • Assist in detailing Sales & Trading user requirements to improve efficiency and risk control effectiveness;

                              • Lead Sales & Trading projects and drive changes for effective business transformation, digitalisation and regulatory changes;

                              • Manage project solution delivery by working closely with IT Technology / involved parties to enable successful projects execution;  

                              • Actively monitor the project to meet the target schedule, scope and budget;

                              • Perform deep-dive analysis on Sales & Trading business and financial data;

                              • Develop and prepare periodic，regulatory, business and control reports for effective risk management.

Requirements:

• • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • • Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering, finance, statistic, business management or a related field;

                                        • Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience  in IT project management in Investment Bank/ Broker Firms;

                                        • Solid experience of working as business analyst on medium-sized to large projects involving multiple stakeholders and complex technologies across different geographical areas/regions;

                                        • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

                                        • Previous hands on experience in programming for automated report generation

                                        • Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation & problem solving skills;

                                        • Ability to work independently and under pressure;

                                        • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel VBA) ,  Java, SQL or Shell Scripting (Python, PowerShell);

                                        • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Chinese and English. Putonghua speaking is required.
