Responsibilities:

Oversee the end-to-end engineering and product development process for electrical and small kitchen appliances, from conceptualization to mass production.
Act as the primary technical interface between overseas headquarters and manufacturing partners in mainland China.
Manage vendors and factories to ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, production schedules, and project timelines.
Ensure all products comply with international safety and quality standards (e.g., FDA, LFGB, UL, CE, RoHS) and coordinate with third-party testing agencies (e.g., SGS, Intertek).
Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting for mechanical structures, electronics (PCBA), and material safety, particularly regarding food-grade standards.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and project status reports.
Bridge communication between global stakeholders and local production teams in both English and Mandarin.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of senior engineering experience, ideally within a Buying Office or Sourcing Agency environment.
Solid technical background in the development/production of electrical and small kitchen appliances.
Proficiency in consumer appliance safety regulations and food-grade material engineering.
Strong analytical skills with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin is mandatory.
Strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing factory partners and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
